Abstract

The sustainable development of enterprises of railway transport leads to the improvement of personnel management on the basis of competence approach. In this regard, the essence of the concept "competence of staff", the content management competency development of staff and identified the key role of in-house training in the formation of competencies of employees of enterprises of railway transport. Peculiarities of collective forms of learning and concluded that their use allows to obtain a synergistic effect. As promising methods of competence development of personnel disclosed to such types as mentoring and the formation of innovation teams. Developed a progressive scale for payment of mentoring and innovation appropriate to the level of competence of employees and their involvement in the above-noted processes.
