Optimization of business processes: key to success and competitiveness

The modern business world, saturated with competition and rapid changes, requires effective management and optimization of business processes. This study is relevant because it offers new methods and approaches to solving this problem. The practical value of the research lies in the possibility of using the results obtained to improve business processes, increase the efficiency and competitiveness of organizations. The purpose of this study is to develop and demonstrate new methods of analyzing business processes and propose specific solutions. To achieve this goal, a number of tasks are proposed, including researching the main business processes, identifying possible improvements, modeling processes "As is" and "To Be", developing a data flow diagram and a business process optimization plan, as well as presenting a business motivation model (BMM) and developing a customer path map.
