Introduction. Global arms trade practices are constantly evolving. The practice of using offset (offset) contracts, which usually accompany the main contract for the purchase of military goods, is no exception. In this regard, there is a constant need to study the aspects of national legal regulation of this area, as well as to identify their specific features. Such a study may serve as a basis for further analysis of certain elements of the mechanism for concluding and implementing offset agreements, as well as for updating the relevant acts of national legislation. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the main provisions of national legislation regulating the procedure for entering into and implementing offset (offset) contracts.
