Abstract
Introduction. The signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union has given impetus to the gradual strengthening of economic ties and the development of a single common market. The existence of such a market requires the national legislator to develop and implement effective legal instruments to regulate the circulation of goods and services, including digital ones. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to analyse the provisions of the EU regulations governing the supplier's liability in case of failure to fulfil its obligations under a digital content supply agreement.
