Abstract

Tracheal intubation in face and neck burn patients at the sequelae stage can be challenging or even impossible in certain cases. Ventilation techniques using a laryngeal mask or intubation with a bronchial fiberoscope provide solutions to most difficult intubation scenarios. The authors present two cases involving female patients with face and neck burn sequelae.
