Abstract
This study analyzed the influence of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices, workplace culture, and training and development on employee performance at National Irrigation Administration (NIA) – Upper Pampanga River Integrated Irrigation Systems (UPRIIS), Division II, in Talavera, Nueva Ecija.
