Abstract
In patients with rheumatic diseases, the formation of cardiopulmonary continuum has been described, which includes chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in combination with various characteristic lesions of the cardiovascular system: chronic heart failure, especially right ventricular, ischaemic heart disease, arterial hypertension.
