Abstract
This study describes a smart solar water pumping system that uses an induction motor drive and has grid-interactive characteristics. Solar PVs (SPV) may power up the irrigation and agricultural loads, reducing the load on the electrical grid. In addition to supplying the rated water discharge, the system is made to feed excess electricity back into the grid.
