Abstract
The study explores the potential of agro-industrial by-products available in Senegal to meet the challenges of fish farming feed. With a flourishing agriculture and agri-food industry accounting for a significant proportion of the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP), these by-products, such as groundnut oilcake, vegetable meal (maize, wheat), and cereal bran (rice, millet), offer an economical, local alternative to certain ingredients such as fishmeal, which is often expensive.
