Abstract

A 78-year-old male with non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and severe left ventricular dysfunction (LVEF 25%) underwent Impella-supported high-risk percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for complex multivessel coronary artery disease.
