Abstract
His impact study examines the efficacy, sustainability, and transformative capacity of Malandag Special Tertiary Extension Service Program (STESP) in enhancing indigenous learners and redefining the educational framework of Sarangani. By assessing both qualitative and quantitative results, this provides light on how the program not only expands access to tertiary education but also develops indigenous identity, strengthens local capacities, and promotes long-term socioeconomic development. It evaluated the benefits students received from the scholarship, assessed the impact of scholarship support on their lives, and identified areas for program improvement.
