Abstract
This phenomenological study aims to identify and describe the educational and social experiences that sparked young female pilots interest. ladies to seek a vocation in aviation. This qualitative phenomenological study employed semi-structured interviews to investigate the lived experiences of female pilots and to determine whether there were shared social and educational factors that sparked their interest in aviation.
