Abstract
Numerous disciplines and programs at higher education institutions are no longer a priority, the local labor market is saturated with the demands of society, and the outputs of these institutions suffer from unemployment, particularly in areas such as the stagnant humanities. The Study aimed aims to assess the quality of Jordanian universities' learning outcomes from the perspective of administrative staff in the local community institutions in Jordan; to propose solutions that may help improve Jordanian higher education outcomes in harmony with labor market needs. A cross-sectional design utilizing a survey collected data, recruiting a convenience sample of 72 labor market owners and heads of departments in selected Jordanian companies. The study yielded several findings, the most significant of which are: The quality of education axes were all low from the perspective of Jordanian labor market owners, indicating that university learning outcomes lack the required quality.
