Abstract
This study aimed to access the learning outcomes of an intensive English language programme to ensure it meets its objectives and delivers effective language instruction. The programme specifically targets students selected for the “President's Message-2100” scholarship. Within the study, the curriculum and content of the intensive English courses, teaching methods, and learning outcomes were evaluated from the perspective of English for Foreign Language Learners' (EFL).
