The article gives a refutation of the theological views of the representatives of the party ?Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islamia? by the scientists of ?Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah?. In particular, they are based on theological sources of Abu Hanifa and Hanafi scholar Abu Ja`far at-Tahawi and their comments.
