Abstract

The damage of the use of artificial intelligence and superintelligence in intelligent systems considers legal and ethical frameworks to determine responsibility and ensure compensation for damages caused by these technologies. This includes creating clear guidelines for accountability among AI developers, operators, and users. The goal is to balance technological innovation with maintaining individual and public interests. Due to the necessity of this, the aim of the present research, which was carried out in a descriptive analytical form based on a library, is to compensate the damage of the use of artificial intelligence and super intelligence in intelligent systems. Therefore, the current research with a descriptive analytical method by posing the question, what is the compensation for the use of artificial intelligence and super intelligence in intelligent systems? It examines the hypothesis to compensate the damage caused by artificial intelligence, considering it as an object and product is closer to the realities of legal science. The findings indicate that the result of addressing the damage caused by artificial intelligence and superintelligence in intelligent systems is to create clear legal frameworks that determine responsibility and guarantee compensation for damages caused by these technologies. This will increase accountability among AI developers, operators and users, promote public trust and balance technological innovation with the protection of individual and societal interests. Such frameworks also facilitate the ethical and safe deployment of artificial intelligence and promote sustainable technology development.
