Academic institution to a large extent depends on how its concept has been conceived, where dedicated intellectuals burn the night lamp to discover' irrespective whether their discoveries have any meaning to the real world or notA second concept is one of a custodian of society. There is yet a third and equally significant concept of academic institution which conceives it as an organization dedicated to perform its social responsibility by extending itself beyond, its four wallsAcademic neutrality is luxury that academic institutions cannot afford in India.
