Abstract
The possibility of rainbow trout (Oncorhynhus mykis) sperm cryopreservation with the aid dehydrataion-vitrification method was shown. There have been determined conditions of bioobject cryopreservation: mediums, cryopreservatives and freezing?thawing regimes. We obtained progeny of rainbow trout with the use of cryopreserved sexual products.
