Pedagogical conditions of electronic educational aids using in aviaspecialists training

The article describes the deficiencies of training future flight dispatchers and highlighted the problem of improvement of training such professionals, which proposed to resolve through the use of electronic educational aids. As such aid selected from the electronic laboratory practices of flight planning created taking into account the characteristics of training these professionals. Also formulated pedagogical conditions of use, which enable more fully realize the advantages of the medium of instruction in the training of future flight dispatchers.
