USE OF PSYCHOTROPIC DRUGS IN COMBINATION WITH NANOPARTICLE

This review describes new perspective of achieving the combination of nanoparticles of different origin with psychotropic drugs in order to improve bioavailability, the possibility of creating the optimal routes of administration, lower incidence of side effects. The article highlights the results of the influence of nanoparticles on the processes of transport and transformation of medicines in the body that show the improvement of the drugs' properties and quality of patients' life. It has been found that the application of nanoparticles of different origin also contributes highly sensitive identification and detection in biological fluids of psychotropic drugs, which opens up a number of prospective implementations in the field of toxicology and forensic medicine.
