Ценностная система личности - высший уровень социальной регуляции

In article the sight on valuable system of the person as a highest level of public regulation is submitted. Three basic are considered a component of system valuable orientations of the person: (1) cognitive, (2) emotional, (3) behavioral. It is determined, that mastering of values of culture is process of acceptance of public experience of the individual. Actualization valuable orientations of the person in interpersonal dialogue are connected to filling by the concrete contents of its motivational semantic sphere. Valuable orientations of the person act as means of a choice and selection of social and cultural forms of dialogue, adjust mutual relation of the individual with group, a society, promote its self-realization. Features of display of mentality on super ethnic, but also at a sub ethnic level are considered. The author asserts, that universal values integrate in themselves system of values and valuable orientations of the person and the national states.
