SKETCH MAKING IN CONSTRUCTION OF THE PARADIGM OF ETHNICITY EXISTENCE WITHIN THE COUNTRIES OF WESTERN DEMOCRACIES AS A SOURCE OF COMMUNITY CRISIS

The article presents the idea that pre-requisites of international collisions also exist in civilizational features of the organization of social life. In sociality model proposed that in Western democracies those phenomena, that have become prerequisites for national-ethnic conflicts, are the ideas of Liberty, Equality and Justice. Their turning into phenomena that stimulates proneness to conflict and, as a result, a crisis of society is a consequence of efforts to extend the abstract ideal of interpersonal relationships on coexistence and relations of transpersonal formations, including national and ethnic communities
