DEVELOPMENT PROBLEMS AND METHODS OF THE SOLUTION OF THE PROJECT FINANCING IN RUSSIA ON THE EXAMPLE OF OIL AND GAS EXTRACTION SECTOR

Needs for the long-term investments demanding capital investments in oil and gas extraction sector are investigated. The general tendencies of discrepancy of the current requirements of use of mechanisms of a project financing in the Russian Federation are noted. On the basis of the obtained data, factors constraining development are revealed. The measures directed on increase of efficiency of application of a project financing are offered.
