Abstract

The sustainable economic development organizations from the theoretical point of view is based on observance of the certain competences chosen depending on the goal. In modern conditions the organizations for increase of competitiveness and ensuring economic development need to carry out the basic rules of progressive advance. For ensuring economic growth in modern conditions it is expedient to use competence approach.
