Abstract

The real research represents the legislation analysis in the field of use of stem cells, and also an attempt of its improvement is made. In article the ethic and legal questions of a fence of stem cells and their use in the modern medicine are raised. The author explained the mechanism of development and use of pharmaceuticals with the maintenance of stem cells.
