Methods of analysis and management of spatial development of the big city

The paper developed methods for the analysis and control of the spatial development of a large city-based recommendations for integrated spatial planning and socio-economic development of a large city, the mechanisms of territorial development of settlements in the area of influence of a major city. The study proved that the management of spatial development should take into account the interests of various local territorial communities and residents of the bait expedient transition to a socially-oriented type of management. It is proved that the management of spatial development of the city must be based on the model of socially-oriented development of local urban areas, provides a socio-economic, legal and institutional arrangements for the management of their development through partnership of various economic actors (local authorities, businesses and the public) for the development of local territorial communities .
