Abstract

The article investigates the problem of objective evaluation of the educational activities of students of modern Russian school in the conditions of implementation of the federal state educational standards of the second generation. The hypothesis of the insolvency of the old system of assessment, regardless of the number of points received in the school system of the country. Justifi ed from a scientifi c point of view, the need for a radical revision of approaches to the evaluation of the students are invited to a number of innovative criteria that promote a comprehensive analysis of the activities on the basis of individual approach to the personality of each individual student. The aim of the study is to fi nd the optimum balance between maximum stimulating teaching, research and creative work of students and preventing unjustifi ed encourage groups of students working in the reproductive mode, only playback the content of the textbook
