THE REGIONAL SYSTEM OF THE QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

The analysis of the questionnaire of the higher-education teaching personnel of university is considered in the article. The reasons, types and competences in educational activity are characterized. On the basis of the analysis the system of labour the recommendations about change of the contents and structure of labor functions in higher education institution are made. Criteria of the quality assessment of teaching activity are defined. As a result, the complex of the proposed measures admits effective for carrying out improvement of the work and influencing quality of training.
