PECULIARITIES OF INNOVATION PROCESSES IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

The article devotes to features of innovation processes in construction industry. The factors, which influence on innovation development of enterprise are analyzed. Areas of innovation activity in construction are presented schematically. The possible participants in innovation process are demonstrated. The innovation efficiency and scope of their application on a number of factors are justified, also the most important factors hampering innovation in the construction industry are considered.
