CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF MOTIVATION AND SELF-ATTITUDE OF MODERN STUDENTS

The article discusses the concept of motivation, its importance for each individual person and for society in general. The author presented the description of self-identity and characteristics significant for its development: self-knowledge, self-determination, self-reflection, self-actualization and self-realization. The role of other people's relation to the person in their relationship is also determined. The article contains the results of the conducted study with the participation of Moscow universities students to identify the correlations between the motivation and the selfattitude parameters. The author explains the interpretation of the research data with the description of the selfidentified scales of today students.
