Disease is associated with increased total and sudden deaths, increasing the risk of heart failure, decline of the life quality, but one of the most dangerous complications of this arrhythmia is the frequent occurrence of thromboembolism which in 75% of cases lead to cerebral event ? the stroke. That was the reason to choose the most widely used in domestic medicine drug warfarin as the research object.
