Abstract

The urgent character of children tourism in the Russian Federation regions is caused by morbidity increase of chil-dren at the age of 0-14, which results in reestablishment of camps aimed at leisure and health improvement of chil-dren and youth. Moreover, entrepreneurs are not interested in this activity as it is not profitable, while government and various social institutes do not fully understand the urgent character of this issue.
