ОЦЕНКА ТЕПЛОВОЙ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ПРОЦЕССА ПЛАЗМЕННОЙ НАПЛАВКИ ПОРОШКОВЫМИ СПЛАВАМИ

The work presents the investigation results of assessment of effectiveness of technological process of plasma-jet hardfacing with powder materials, providing faster thermal saturation and metal powder particles melting in comparison with solid metal of product. The regularities of process technological parameters influence on the formation of coating layer of elements, being reconditioned by plasma-jet hard-facing are established on their ground.
