Abstract

Production of excavation of one-bucket excavator usually consists of three basic operations: separating from the array and capture of soil, its movement and the subsequent stacking in structure or dump [3; 5]. The calculation of productivity and the establishment of working sizes of excavators in the design are directly related with the concept of excavating slaughtering and the volume of soil digging. Method of determination of volume of digging soil and calculation of slaughtering are known and widely used in the design of the traditional working equipment [1-3; 11; 14]. At present time the volume of machinery production various working equipment are increased, in connection of increase of volume excavation. Special attention should be given to excavators, equipped with a telescopic working equipment for example, namely by telescopic boom and handle [5; 7− 9; 10; 12− 14]. Significant changing of geometrical parameters of excavator is achieved using this working equipment [2−4; 6], where in the method of calculating of the working equipment with variable geometrical parameters and volume of the soil digging is absent. The purpose of the article is a forming of methods of determining of the theoretical volume of digging of soil with one-bucket excavator with variable geometrical parameters of the working equipment, for example, of the contraction of the telescopic working equipment proposed by the authors [7− 9]. Conclusion. The use of working equipment with a two-section telescopic boom and a traditional handle allows to increase the depth of digging by 17,7 % when moving one telescope boom and 36 % when two telescope boom moving while achieving the increase of volume of soil digging on 29 % and on 51 %, accordingly when digging from one working point of excavator. The analyzed calculations by the proposed method of integral calculus confirm the effectiveness of contractions. Using the proposed working equipment can increase the volume of soil digging from one working point as well as extend the functional possibility and a range of produced works.
