The hydroremoval ash of thermal power plants is known to have a different grain structure in different places of dump, constantly changing humidity throughout the year. Moreover any ashes, even over of acid, have some amount of lime which is becoming firmer in the presence of humidity with time moisture. As a result, constantly formed lime-ash micro- and macro- conglomerates. All this complicates the supply of such ash in storage binder BSU, stored in silos and issuing through the dispenser into the mixer. Unstable grain composition, the presence of hardening lime, constantly changing humidity greatly complicate the technology of producing products from ash concrete with high physical and mechanical properties. Analysis of publications. Works N. V. Jung, V. Surovtsev, G. M. Sivertseva, S. D. Okorokova etc. are among the most extensive studies of ash, where the characteristics of pulverized fuel ashes are, the optimal cement-ash and lime-ash ratio, the influence on quality of ash concrete binder relations techniques of compaction of concrete mixture and heat and humidity machining of ash concrete are determined [2; 10]. American experts consider that the use of ashes is dictated with economic considerations, because a huge output of ash at power stations is essentially free source of raw materials. In the United States ash power station found of wide application in the production of ash-cement concretes for roads and dams [1; 17; 19]. Purpose. To develop a vibrovacuum technology of production of building blocks with immediate stripping of ash-concrete where the hydro removal ash is used as a aggregate. All enumerated features and ash shortage as filler for concretes in formation of products from ash concreate mixes by vibrovacuumizing ,is supposed not to influence on the quality of the vacuum ash concrete. Conclusion. A new technology for manufacturing vacuumized building blocks and other products from ash concrete with immediate stripping was offered. High structural strength of vacuum ash concrete was got immediately after molding that ensures reliable immediate stripping of the molded products. Strength of vacuum ash concrete after 28 days has been increasing in two or more times in comparison with concrete from the initial concrete mixture, and in comparison with rigid concrete mixture at 30 ... 40%. Vacuum ash-concrete in the initial periods is much more intense hardens than vibro concrete, thereby reducing consumption of materials of technological equipment and increa-sing productivity.
