Abstract

In article was determined the economic essence of securitization as a mechanism of attracting investment to the public- private partnership projects, the place and the role of participants in the process, prerequisites, advantages and disadvantages, prospects and thefeatures of its implementation in Ukraine. Theproposals of changing the existing procedures of this mechanismrealizationand legislation for stimulate the development of the securitization in Ukraine were defined.
