FEATURES OF ATTITUDE OF THE POPULATION TO MEDICAL SERVICES (LITERATURE REVIEW)

The article contains the literature data synthesis about the factors which determine the choice of medical service among the population. We conducted the analysis of the following aspects of Health Organization: the attitude of the population to medical care consumption, dynamics of demand for various types of medical care, assessment of quality, processability and economic efficiency of medical care. The analysis has revealed that the processes of socio-economic reforming of health care system determined the necessity to optimize demand, supply and consumption of health services, the rational use of available resources and financing.
