TRANSIENT DISORDERS OF CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM IN NEWBORNS

The article describes functional state of cardiovascular system in healthy and sick newborns considering anatomical and functional features, characteristics of electrophysiological state of the heart and conduction system. The paper presents functional disorders of circulation due to perinatal pathology, effect of hypoxia on the fetus and newborn, classification of arrhythmia, main principles of diagnosis. Approaches to treatment of main forms of arrhythmia and cardiac conduction disorders in a newborn are analyzed. Clinical and morphological characteristics of antiarrhythmic drugs are given.
