Abstract

Microscopic study in rats, which after burns of the skin 2-3 degrees 21-23% of the surface area of the body were injected the first seven days Lactoproteinum with sorbitol solution at a dose of 10 ml per kg show that microcirculatory disorders, degenerative and necrobiotic changes in endocrinocytes of glomerular, beam and netted area of cortex and brain substance endocrinocytes within 30 days of the experiment were less pronounced than in rats that after burn skin the first seven days were injected 9% NaCl solution. Also, unlike the rats that after burn of skin the first seven days injected 0.9% NaCl solution, the injection of Lactoproteinum with sorbitol solution 14 days after the burn of skin in foci of necrosis was present hypertrophy and hyperplasia of fibroblasts and after 21 and 30 days after skin burn ? in the connective tissue of cortical and adrenal medulla manifestations of multiple sclerosis are less pronounced
