Abstract

Resume. At the level of primary medical care, including urgent conditions in medicine, there is a high rate of calls circulatory diseases, which are dominated by the challenges of hypertension. Thus, concomitant hypertension diagnosis accompanies almost every case the call of the diseases of blood circulation. Quantitative analysis of calls serviced medical emergency team on nosological units suggests that mainly served the challenges of diseases of the circulatory system, hypertension with crises, diseases of the respiratory, digestive and nervous system. The percentage of circulatory disease and hypertension with crises on all serviced calls have (a 3-year period) the following indicators: 40.84% ??and 25.74% respectively. In a study published by researchers as one (De la Sierra A. and 0op2bie2 ^ Yedigei D.) in 2011, and other (Martell-Claros N., Galgo-Nafria A.) in 2012, studied the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases, emphasizing their crucial role in the occurrence of cardiovascular events. Timely diagnosis “hypertension” is often linked to the vigilance of the doctor ? because no clinical complaints can not be. But this drug work is not over. Although today the majority of patients prefer self-treatment, including on blood pressure, work with individual choice of treatment is primarily important component. In this modern doctor called to exercise their professional medical skill, approaching this with an integrative perspective. For the purpose of updating the drug treatment of hypertension JNC 8 developed new guidelines for the conduct of hypertension in adults.
