Abstract

The purpose of the study was to access connections between excretion quantity of the lithogenic substances (calcium, phosphorus, oxalates and uric acid), and body weight index of children of Belarus. 700 children were examined. It is established that parameters of physical development positively correlate with daily excretion of the lithogenic substances and is negative - with the level of the calcium and phosphorus ions, uric acid, and oxalates in the morning portion of urine. The increase of their excretion according to biochemical urine analyses and the increase of body weight in normal urine analyses, allows carrying such children to increased risk group of the formation of metabolic disorders in kidneys.
