THE NEW TECHNOLOGY OF THE SPERMATOGENESIS BY THE TESTICLE REVASCULARISATION AND REGIONAL ENDOARTERIAL PHARMACEUTICAL THERAPY

Basing on the discovery of intersystemic confluens of the testicle arteries the treatment of the secretional forms of the infertility is suggested by means of the indirect revascular of testicle and regional endovascular pharmaceutical therapy ( IRT+ REPT). The treatment is taken in hospital. 40 patients of the average and grave degrees of hypospermatogenesis have taken the treatment of this kind. In most cases the objective improvements of the spermogramme parameters were obvious. The wives of 8 patients became pregnant and 6 cases ended in childbirths. The way of treatment (IRT+ REPT) is recommended to use widely in andrology.
