On the base of analyzes of space-planning and design decisions features used in international practice were found the main factors which must be considered for the simplified design approach developing. One of the main feature of LSTC frames design is that the considered elements are braced by low rigidity sheathing through spring stiffness fasteners. this should be taken into account for making more effective design decisions.
