Diagnostic principles and surdgical methods of treatment for victims patients with torakoabdominal injuries

This study is about choosing the tactics of surgical treatment torakoabdominal wounds. Results of examination ant treatment of 112 patients with torakoabdominal wounds, who received treatment in torakal department of Ulyanovsk regional clinical hospital. Treatment of torakoabdominal wounds should start from zone of heavy damage - torakotomii and laparotomii. The method of torakofretomii like access to damaged organs, thoracic cavity and abdominal cavity should be used in surgical practice.
