Abstract

The long-term results comparative analysis of surgical treatment 69 patients with perforated pyloroduodenal ulcer, undergone a partial gastrectomy or simple closure of perforation is made. The long-term results of surgical treatment were estimated by means of specially developed questionnaire КОЛЕДЖ. The long-term indicators of health at the patients who have transferred operative treatment due to perforated ulcer authentically are worse than indicators of health in the control group consisting of healthy respondents. Quality of life at patients after an initially-radical partial gastrectomy authentically is better, than after simple perforated ucer closure.
