The catalytic function control wages -increasing the financial resources of local budgets

Purpose of the study - financial control wages, the purpose of strengthening determines a reasonable state regulation of wages; method - analysis, synthesis results; results - implementing control functions enabling wages; scope results - legalization of wages business units and increase the financial resources of local budgets; conclusions - state regulation of wages through the implementation of enabling control functions will have a positive impact on the increase of financial resources under decentralization through the tax on personal income as one of the largest sources of local budgets.
