The features of design of professional abilities of future specialist are exposed and on the basis of the conducted analysis the model of forming of readiness of future economists is given to innovative activity. The offered model at introduction in an educational process must be instrumental in the increase of efficiency of studies and providing of competitiveness of future economists.
