Abstract

Dr. Shikha Agarwal is presently working as Sr. Lecturer at SKIT Engineering College Jaipur. She is accomplished educator with demonstrated ability to teach, motivate, and direct students while maintaining high interest and achievement. Tremendous teaching experience and wide exposure to different aspects of the job profile .Uncommon teaching aptitude and a great affection for all related job duties .Great concern regarding the students difficulties, both academic as well as personal. A great problem solving attitude and ability to counsel students in overcoming their educational obstacles .Perfect knowledge of all the modern teaching aids and ability to apply them effectively .Proficiency in computer handling and web browsing. Articulate communicator able to effectively interact with diverse populations of students at a variety of academic levels. Consistently maintain excellent relations with students, parents, faculty, and administrators. Self-motivated with strong planning, organizational and leadership skills Present paper tries to probe into the true nature of America and its natives especially the concept of liberty and bafflement of emotions in two very successful writers of America Jonathan Franzen and John Updike.
