SOME CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERACTIVITY IN TRAINING OF PEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL OF ENGINEERING AND PEDAGOGICAL FACULTY

An important role in the training of teaching staff takes the use of interactive teaching methods. Interactivity can manifest itself at different levels: in terms of team organization of training activities; in terms educational technologies with present pedagogical interaction; based on computer and information communication technology student-multimedia. Creating of interactive learning environment contributes to the quality of the educational process in schools and universities and the implementation of a new paradigm of teacher training.
