Abstract

The subject of the research are methods and approaches that used to monitor the socio-economic processes in the information society. The purpose the study is to analyze the existing approaches to the definition of monitoring and accounting of advanced tools and technologies that used to monitor the socio-economic processes and phenomena using unstructured data. Considering the concept of ?monitoring? from different points of view can speak with confidence about his ambiguity and complexity. Various scientific sphere was use as a tool for monitoring their research, investing in this concept is its interpretation.A key factor in the analysis of this concept is the object of monitoring and its purpose, define the structure of his system, approaches and techniques that used at the same time. The use of traditional methods is advisable only if the small amount of data that were analyzed. Due to the tastes and requirements of the consumer goods and services are rapidly changing, and the globalization of markets are increasingly affects the economic processes. Become necessary system that would not only take into account the wishes of the development phase of development strategies, but also minimizes the likelihood of financial loss, quickly adapting to the new challenges of the environment. This objective was realize only in the case of complex application monitoring system of socioeconomic processes and phenomena using big data to make effective management decisions.
